Returns

All online sales are final. Returns will only be accepted for items that are confirmed to have been received damaged or defective. If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, you have 14 days to contact us to setup an RMA. Any returns initiated after 14 days may be subject to a restocking fee. Approved returns will be issued/returned via the original form of payment.  Once your authorized return has been inspected and approved, we will confirm via email and will issue a credit automatically back to the original form of payment within 48 hours. If you have not yet received a refund, please check with your bank and/or credit card company, as their processing may be delayed. If you have any issues or questions, please contact us via email or phone.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a recently submitted order, please contact us within 1 hour of submitting your order. Cancellation attempts after 1 hour may not be accepted or processed. We strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and once your order has been processed, cancellation is not available. 

Sales/Discounts

If a sale or product discount becomes available after your order has been placed, that sale or discount is not retroactive. Orders placed before sales or discount availability will not be eligible for product discount. If you have a valid discount code, and did not apply that code to a checkout during a sale or discount period, please contact us and we will correct the mistake an honor the discount.

Shipping Policy

As of December 2025, we do not yet sell, transfer, or market firearms online and will not ship firearms, ammunition, or magazines. All other in-stock orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt, except for orders received over weekends or holidays which will be shipped the next business day. For non regulated items, it is the responsibility of the buyer to understand their local laws and regulations. Non-FFL products will be shipped to the address input at the time of checkout. No address changes will be accepted after an order has been placed. Armatus Consulting Group will not ship serialized AK or AR parts including triggers, barrels, etc. to Massachusetts, Connecticut, Illinois, California, or the District of Columbia. We reserve the right to cancel and refuse shipment for any orders which we feel are not in compliance with the receiving locations laws and regulations. Any orders canceled by Armatus Consulting Group will be refunded within 48 hours of cancelation automatically back to the original form of payment. 

Privacy Policy

We may collect personally identifiable information in accordance with general business practices and Federal and State regulations. We do not sell, transfer, or otherwise provide access to outside agencies and will under no circumstances sell or market your personal data. Except for users who have opted into participating in our email marketing list, we will not use your personal information to contact you except for to process existing orders or facilitate communications regarding background checks.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments or reviews, you may request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Firearms Policy

ITAR Policy

ITAR COMPLIANCE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I understand that the products, technologies and services listed on this website are subject to one or more of the export control laws and regulations of the U.S. Government and that they fall under the control jurisdiction of either the Department of State’s International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Department of Commerce’s Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

  • I understand that it is unlawful to export, or attempt to export or otherwise transfer or sell any hardware or technical data or furnish any service to any foreign person, whether abroad or in the United States (U.S.), for which a license or written approval of the U.S. Government is required, without first obtaining the required license or written approval from the department of the U.S. Government having jurisdiction.
  • I understand that, in the ITAR (§ 120.16), a foreign person means any natural person who is not a lawful permanent resident as defined by 8U.S.C. 1101(a)(20) or who is not a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3). It also means any foreign corporation, business association, partnership, trust, society or any other entity or group that is not incorporated or organized to do business in the U.S., as well as international organizations, foreign governments and any agency or subdivision of foreign governments (e.g., diplomatic missions).   • I understand that I am responsible for compliance with any and all U.S. Government export controls and regulations and that, if I violate them, it could result upon conviction in severe criminal and civil penalties (including substantial fines, imprisonment, seizure of controlled products and technical data, and/or suspension/removal of export privileges) for my company and me. I am purchasing the articles identified on this website for use or resale in the U.S. only.
  • I understand that these items will not be exported, provided to foreign persons in the U.S. (including Foreign Embassies in the U.S.A.), or sold domestically for export by a third party (including U.S. Government agencies).
  • If/when I resell these items, I will advise my customers of their duty to comply with U.S.export control regulations or face the possibility of severe criminal and civil fines including imprisonment if convicted.
  • If/when I resell these items, I will obtain and retain record of the sale.
  • If/when I resell these items, I will inform my customers that if these items are lost, stolen or destroyed, they must report to me this fact and provide the date of the incident as well as the associated serial number of the item.
